Alexander Courage: 1919-2008
Prolific composer and orchestrator Alexander Courage passed away on May 15th. Courage was 88. Known primarily for his theme for Star Trek, orchestrations for Jerry Goldsmith and John Williams, Courage was also among the founders of the Composers and Lyricists Guild of America.
